保持宏观经济稳定和加大结构调整力度是今年宏观调控的中心任务。为了提高新形势下宏观调控的科学性和有效性，４月初，国家计委政研室和本刊编辑部，邀请国务院有关部门的专家、学者以“经济运行情况和结构调整”为主题，就今年以来经济运行状况以及结构调整面临的形势、存在的问题、需要采取的对策进行了座谈与研讨。下面是与会部分代表的发言（按发言先后顺序刊登）
Maintaining macroeconomic stability and increasing structural adjustment are the central tasks of this year’s macro-control. In order to improve the scientific and effective macroeconomic regulation and control in the new situation, in early April, the State Planning Commission and the Editorial Department of the State Planning Commission invited the experts and scholars from relevant departments of the State Council to take the theme of “Economic Operation and Structural Adjustment” Since the beginning of this year, the economic operation status as well as the situation and problems existing in structural readjustment and the measures to be taken have been discussed and discussed.
