本文对刺槐（ＲｏｂｉｎｉａｐｓｅｕｄｏａｃａｃｉａＬ．）种子园３０个半同胞家系的过氧化物酶同工酶进行了电泳分析研究，结果表明，①刺槐种子园３０个半同胞家系的同工酶谱有９种谱型；②刺槐年同胞家系的９种类型存在同工酶分子水平上的差异，表现出多型性；③从酶谱上还可反映出半同胞家系的亲缘关系。
In this paper, the peroxidase isozyme of 30 semi-sib families of Robinia pseudoacacia L. seed orchard was analyzed by electrophoresis. The results showed that: ① There were 9 patterns of isozymes in 30 half-sib families of Robinia pseudoacacia L. seed orchard, ; ② There are nine isozyme types in Robinia pseudoacacia families, showing the polymorphism at the molecular level; ③ The genetic relationship of semi-sib families can also be reflected from the zymogram.
