近年来,在北京市政府“市区建设要从外延向调整改造转移、城市建设重点要从市区向远郊区转移”的总体规划推动下,北京城已经掀起过一轮又一轮的外扩热潮,住宅的城市地域空间布局越来越呈现出边缘化、郊区化的趋势。那么,车辆激增,会不会为这种趋势再烧一把火,使郊区楼市有所升温呢?郊区楼市与车市会不会形成一种互动关系?
