目的:探讨微量X射线照射脑垂体区治疗前列腺增生症的疗效和机制。方法:用电子直线加速器10MVX射线外照射BPH患者脑垂体区,每次1.0~1.5Gy,每周2次,共4次(总剂量4~6Gy);测定治疗前后尿流率和血清相关性激素水平。结果:其有效率近期和1、2、3年分别为72.46%、63.77%,60.61%和18.87%。照射后尿流率明显增加(P<0.05)。14例血清相关性激素测定结果显示,照射后睾酮(T)值显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:该疗法无损伤、无副作用,简便、安全、有效。治疗后血中相关性激素水平得到调整。此疗法是年老多病不能承受手术治疗的前列腺增生症患者的首选的治疗方法。.
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of micro-X-ray irradiation of pituitary gland in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: The pituitary gland region of BPH patients was irradiated with 10MV X-rays by electron linear accelerator (1.0 ~ 1.5Gy, twice a week for 4 ~ 6Gy), and the urinary flow rate and serum before and after treatment Relevant sex hormone levels. Results: The effective rate was 72.46%, 63.77%, 60.61% and 18.87% respectively in the recent and 1,2 and 3 years. Urine flow rate increased significantly after irradiation (P <0.05). 14 cases of serum hormone test results show that after irradiation, testosterone (T) was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: The therapy has no injury, no side effects, is simple, safe and effective. Blood levels of related hormones were adjusted after treatment. This therapy is the preferred treatment for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, who are ill and can not afford surgery. .
