信息技术的发展使图书馆面临着生存危机、发展危机和员工危机等挑战。立足于上海海事大学图书馆的实践,阐述高校图书馆建立学生全面自主管理模式的必要性和该馆对学生自主管理模式的创新,得出建立和激励自主管理模式的原则和经验。
The development of information technology has confronted libraries with such challenges as survival crisis, development crisis and employee crisis. Based on the practice of the library of Shanghai Maritime University, this paper expounds the necessity of establishing a comprehensive self-management mode for students in libraries in colleges and universities and the innovation of student self-management mode in the library, and draws principles and experiences of establishing and stimulating self-management mode.
