全苏防爆与矿用电气设备设计与工艺科学研究所设计出一种向有十字头式压缩机气缸注油的自动控制装置。 装置由传感变压器式变换器和测量电路所组成。 传感变压器式变换器(图1)是一安装在润滑油管路上、尽可能靠近润滑点的单向阀,其壳体被非磁性衬套5隔开。衬套5上嵌入具有两个绕组的电感线圈6。传感变压器式变换器的磁路沿壳体1、外套螺帽2和锁圈4闭合。润滑油经过单向阀时,锁阀4中断磁路,同时传感变压器式变换器的变压系数发生变化。
All-Soviet explosion and mining electrical equipment design and Technology Institute designed a crosshead compressor cylinder oil injection automatic control device. The device consists of a sensor-transformer and a measuring circuit. The sensing transformer (Figure 1) is a one-way valve mounted on a lube line as close as possible to the point of lubrication, the housing of which is separated by a non-magnetic bushing 5. An inductor coil 6 having two windings is embedded in the bushing 5. The magnetic circuit of the sensing transformer-type converter is closed along the housing 1, the jacket nut 2 and the lock ring 4. Lubricating oil through the check valve, the lock valve 4 interrupts the magnetic circuit, while the transformer transformer transformer transformation factor changes.
