以苯乙酮、芳香醛和芳香胺为原料,以硅胶负载稀土氯化铽作为环境友好型催化剂,在室温条件下,一步合成31个多取代的β-氨基酮类化合物.其中部分为新的化合物.所有化合物结构经过1H NMR,IR和元素分析确定.研究结果表明,硅胶负载稀土氯化铽作为一种新型环境友好催化剂,催化剂自身具有负载量稳定,活化条件简单,催化产率高.催化反应体系条件温和,操作简单,不污染环境和催化剂重复回收利用等优点.
Using acetophenone, aromatic aldehyde and aromatic amine as raw materials, ternary terbium chloride was loaded on the silica gel as environment-friendly catalyst to synthesize 31 multi-substituted β-aminoketones in one step at room temperature. The structures of all the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis.The results showed that the loading of ternary rare earth terbium chloride on silica gel was a new environment-friendly catalyst with stable loading, simple activation conditions and high catalytic yield. The reaction system has the advantages of mild conditions, simple operation, no environmental pollution and repeated catalyst recycling.
