目前短圆柱滚子轴承保持架大多采用黄铜、硬铝、青铜等材料,经过车制、钻孔、拉孔等工艺方法加工成形.拉孔保持架为整体结构(图1),其尺寸精度、几何形状及过去我厂在拉床上加工保持架方孔时,每班有两人联合操作,除装卸夹刀销子和旋紧、松开压工件螺钉外,还要人工取刀、递刀、托刀和刷刀.一米多长十多公斤重的拉刀要人工往返接送数百次,同时在拉孔时,操作工需用双手压紧拉力行程架而耗费几十斤的体力.现经改进后每班可一人单独操作,实现了自动夹活、接送刀等,劳动强度大大减轻,班产量比原来增加20%以上.由于采用气动压活及机械托刀,力量大而平稳.加工出来的工件尺寸比较稳定.在电气上采用了动作自锁原理(只有当三个以上的动作“开关”同时失灵时才能造成打断拉刀
