本文应用相对测量方法,用水做参考介质,测量了人的心、肝、肾、脑、皮肤、肌肉、胃、淋巴结、乳腺癌、胆囊、恶性肿瘤、肝癌等正常与非正常离体组织的超声传播参量——非线性参量、声衰减及声速等。收集了已发表的各种组织的非线性参量数据,并作了比较,讨论了非线性参量与组织成份及声速之间的关系,认为非线性参量作为超声诊断的新参量,具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper, relative measurement method was used, water was used as reference medium to measure the ultrasonography of normal and abnormal tissues of human heart, liver, kidney, brain, skin, muscle, stomach, lymph nodes, breast cancer, gallbladder, malignant tumor and liver cancer Propagation parameters - nonlinear parameters, sound attenuation and sound velocity. Non-linear parametric data of various published organizations were collected and compared. The relationship between nonlinear parameters and tissue composition and sound velocity was discussed. Non-linear parameters were considered as new parameters in ultrasound diagnosis and had wide application prospect .
