以4个组合的柑桔体细胞杂种及对应亲本为试材,比较了体细胞杂种与亲本在单叶面积大小、叶片表皮气孔特征及叶片横截面结构方面的差异。结果表明,4个组合的柑桔体细胞杂种,仅粗柠檬+哈姆林甜橙(HR)叶片面积大于双亲,FV、CV、KV叶片面积均介于双亲之间。4个组合的柑桔体细胞杂种单位叶面积内气孔数(个/mm2)较亲本少,但气孔长度和横径较亲本增大;叶片横截面结构中,就单一组织层的厚度而言,体细胞杂种较双亲或亲本之一有不同程度的增大,但组织层厚度相对比值却无一较亲本有显著增大现象,或介于双亲之间,或与亲本差异不明显。
Four hybrid citrus somatic hybrids and their corresponding parents were used as materials to compare the differences of leaf area, leaf stomata characteristics and leaf cross-sectional structure between somatic hybrids and their parents. The results showed that leaf area of four combinations of citrus somatic hybrids was higher than that of parents only, and leaf area of FV, CV and KV were all between parents. The number of stomata per leaf area (a / mm2) in four combinations of somatic hybrids was less than that of the parents, but the stomatal length and transverse diameter increased more than those of the parents. In terms of the thickness of single tissue layer, Somatic hybrids had different degrees of increase compared with their parents or their parents, but none of the relative ratios of the thickness of the tissue layers had a significant increase compared with that of their parents, or there was no significant difference between their parents or their parents.
