斜拉扣挂悬臂浇筑工艺在中国钢筋混凝土拱桥施工建设中应用还较少。该文以贵州木蓬大桥为工程背景,对施工过程中的拱脚段现浇支架、扣塔、挂篮和锚固系统进行概述,重点对施工过程中的拱圈线形、截面应力、扣塔偏位、扣锚索索力的控制方法和控制参数进行分析研究,结合工程实践,对拱肋合龙成拱后的拆索程序进行探讨。
Diagonal pull-hanging cantilever pouring technology in China’s construction of reinforced concrete arch bridge is still less application. This paper takes Guizhou Mupu Bridge as the engineering background, summarizes the cast-in-place brackets, buckle towers, hanging baskets and anchoring systems in the arch sections of the construction process. The emphasis is put on the linearity, cross-section stress, Bit, buckle and anchor cable force control methods and control parameters of the study, combined with engineering practice, arch rib closure arch demolition of the program to be explored.
