[目的]调查某油藏计量转运站(简称计转站)职业病危害,提出改进措施,保护劳动者健康。[方法]采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法进行综合评价。[结果]该计转站运行中的主要职业病危害因素有硫化氢、非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲烷、甲醇和噪声,各职业病危害因素浓度或强度均低于国家职业接触限值;化学毒物防护设施、噪声控制设施、高温防护设施基本可行,具有一定的防护效果。职业卫生管理、职业健康监护及个人使用的职业病防护用品等职业病防护措施基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求。[结论]该计转站运行过程中的职业病危害控制措施基本可行、有效,不会对人体健康产生不良影响。
[Objective] To investigate the occupational hazards of a reservoir metering station (referred to as metering station) and put forward improvement measures to protect the health of laborers. [Methods] Occupational health field surveys, occupational hazards and other methods for comprehensive evaluation. [Result] Hydrogen sulfide, non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene, methane, methanol and noise were the main occupational hazards in operation of this station. The concentrations or intensities of various occupational hazards were lower than the national occupational exposure limits Value; chemical poison protection facilities, noise control facilities, high temperature protection facilities is basically feasible, with a protective effect. Occupational health management, occupational health monitoring and personal use of occupational disease protection supplies and other occupational disease protection measures basically meet the “industrial design health standards” requirements. [Conclusion] The control measures of occupational hazards during the operation of this station were basically feasible and effective, and would not adversely affect human health.
