中国石油华北油田公司第一采油厂雁一联合站,现有员工67人,主要担负雁翎和西柳作业区单井来油的汇总、计量、脱水等工作。该站创新提出并推行基于员工自主性的精细管理,强化责任落实,增强员工自主改善、自觉执行力,使凝聚力、战斗力进一步增强,助推联合站向专业化扎实迈进。骨干队伍是保证。班组长着力改进领导和管理方式,从尊重员工、了解员工入手改进领导方式,强化基层管理。要求班组长不仅要精通管理工作,还是基层的技术、工艺、生产的专家或行家,同时也应是思想政治工作的专家,做员工的好榜样。
