研究了施用牛粪堆肥和化肥对菠菜产量和品质方面的影响。结果表明:施用牛粪堆肥可以提高菠菜的维生素C、全糖和还原糖的含量,降低菠菜硝态氮的含量,但增加产量的作用不明显。施用化肥虽然可以提高菠菜的产量,但菠菜的维生素C、全糖和还原糖的含量降低,硝态氮的含量上升。
Effects of applying manure composting and fertilizers on yield and quality of spinach were studied. The results showed that the composting of cow dung could increase the content of vitamin C, total sugar and reducing sugar in spinach and reduce the content of nitrate nitrogen in spinach, but the effect of increasing output was insignificant. Although the application of chemical fertilizers can increase the yield of spinach, the content of vitamin C, whole sugar and reducing sugar in spinach decreased and the content of nitrate nitrogen increased.
