In order to improve the quality of the urban environment, Fuzhou City has implemented the “Fuji City Urban Planning and Management Technical Regulations” since New Year’s Day this year. The “Fuzhou Urban Master Plan” divides the planning area into three types of construction areas and special protection areas. The first type of construction area is within the Second Ring Road area, the second type of construction area is outside the first and third type, and the third type of construction area is the scenic reserve and the urban parks. Special protected areas refer to areas where planning and management need special control. They mainly include Sanshan two-tower street, Sanfangqixiang, Zhuzifang, traditional commercial street, and hot springs.
