职工群众体育工作是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,组织开展好职工群众体育工作,不仅是衡量职工群众文化工作好坏的一个崭新标准。在市场经济飞速发展的今天,职工群众文化体育工作没有被许多企业重视,以住计划经济时代的红火现象不复存在。如何解决当前基层职工群众体育工作的难点和热点,提出解决问题的对策和途径,有着十分重要的指导意义。
