天车是重工业中不可缺少的吊运设备,天车调度对化解天车冲突,增加搬运效率具有非常重要的作用.采用RESTART(repetitive simulation trials after reaching thresholds)方法,通过仿真优化天车调度.建立了天车冲突预测模型,将天车冲突分为4种类型并分别建立了冲突处理方法.以最小化调运周期为目标,建立了天车RESTART仿真调度方法,建立了仿真调度流程,通过枚举天车分配方案寻找局部最优调度.开发了天车仿真调度系统,通过实例对以上方法进行了验证.
