肾脏疾病发病率高、发病机制复杂,缺乏有效的生物标志物,近年越来越多的研究发现,长非编码RNA能在表观遗传学、转录和转录后水平调控基因表达,参与多种肾脏疾病的发生、发展,有望成为疾病治疗的突破口。本文拟简要介绍长非编码RNA的功能及其在肾脏疾病的研究进展。
