随着新医改制度的改革和不断深化,医院的财务管理工作涉及的内容更广,要求更高,为财务人员提出更大的挑战。完善预算管理是医院长期稳定发展的重要部分,是医院有效控制成本的工具,也是医院提高经济效益和社会效益的重要手段。鉴于此,本文先从预算管理的涵义入手,进而分析当前我国医院预算管理的现状以及当前存在的问题,最后根据问题的存在提出针对性的建议和措施,对提高医院的全面预算管理具有重要的指导意义,进一步提升医院的额财务管理水平和质量。
