中高职衔接是中职教育发展的必然趋势。中职教师队伍建设对促进中高职顺利衔接起到了非常重要的作用。中职教师在中高职衔接教学中可以实施教学,培养符合中职和高职人才培养需求的学生;开发衔接性课程,编写衔接性教材。但是,目前我国中职学校存在专业教师紧缺、专业教师流动性强、师资结构不合理、专业教师学历偏低、“双师型”教师数量不足等问题,导致中职学校教师无法胜任中高职衔接的教学任务。柳州市第二职业技术学校提高师资队伍建设的措施,加强校企合作,引进企业优秀人才;加大政策保障力度,建立健全的师资管理机制,值得借鉴。
