中国电力投资集团9月6日在几内亚首都科纳克里与几政府签署铝矿项目开发协议。几内亚地矿部部长拉明·福法纳,公共工程和国务部长巴·乌斯曼以及数名部长级官员,中国驻几内亚大使赵立兴,中电投集团公司总经理陆启洲等出席签约仪式。福法纳在签约仪式上说,几中两国建交后一直保持非常友好的关系,中电投铝矿开发项目是这种友好关系的例证,并将推动几内亚的矿产资源开发。同时,项目的建设和运营将直接为几内亚创造数千个就业岗位,有效促进几内亚经济社会发展。陆启洲在发言中说,中电投将秉持“绿色开发、和谐共赢”的
China Power Investment Group signed an aluminum mine project development agreement with several governments in Conakry, Guinea, on September 6. Lamin Fufana, Minister of Geology and Minerals of Guinea, Public Works and State Minister Ba Usman, several ministerial officials, Chinese ambassador to Guinea Zhao Lixing, and CPPCC Lu Kaizhou, general manager attended the signing ceremony. Fufana said at the signing ceremony that China and Albania have maintained a very friendly relationship after the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The CLP Aluminum Development Project is an illustration of this friendly relationship and will promote the development of mineral resources in Guinea. At the same time, the project construction and operation will directly create thousands of jobs for Guinea and effectively promote Guinea’s economic and social development.
