adr 基因 Trp64Arg 突变儿童(13名),其体重、BMI 增长幅度明显低于非膳食干预组(分别为2.41±0.56对4.43±0.70,P<0.05;0.48±0.24对1.55±0.35,P<0.05),然而携带有β_3-adr 基因 Trp64Arg 突变儿童(23名)经3个月膳食干预,体重及 BMI 增长幅度与非膳食干预对照组相比无显著性差异(分别为4.32±0.69对4.43±0.70;1.47±0.32对1.55±0.35)。结论:虽然β_3-adr 基因 Trp64Arg 突变可能不是影响汉族儿童单纯性肥胖的主要因素,但该突变参与了肥胖的发病,对肥胖儿童的膳食干预效果可能有一定的预测作用。目的:探讨β_3-肾上腺素能受体(β_3-adr)基因突变与汉族儿童单纯性肥胖、血脂及胰岛素水平的关系;分析β_3-adr 基因突变与肥胖儿童对膳食干预应答差异的关系。方法:在北京城区4所小学中随机选取311名8~11岁健康儿童,其中体重超重肥胖儿童73名,非体重超重儿童243名。所有研究对象均用PCR-RFLP 方法检测β_3-adr 基因中编码多肽链第64位的色氨酸密码子被精氨酸密码子(Trp64Arg)取代突变,并进行身体测量及血脂、胰岛素检测,从体重超重儿童中选出47名单纯性肥胖儿童。将其随机分为两组,第一组36人为膳食干预组,第二组11人为对照组。膳食干预3个月再次进行体格测量。结果:73名体重超重儿童突变频率为0.18,正常儿童突变频率为0.17,两组差异无显著性;在修正了年龄、性别后,311名儿童中有基因突变组与无突变组比较,未发现体质指数(BMI)、血压、血脂及空腹胰岛素水平存在显著性差异;膳食干预研究发现,在膳食干预组无β_3-
