C2C电子商务在解决就业问题上有着一定的作用,已经开始受到了国家的关注,但是关于C2C模式电子商务中涉及的税收问题,还没有完善的法律政策。本文主要针对C2C模式涉及的电子商务税收问题进行探究。

C2C e-commerce has a certain role in solving the employment problem and has begun to receive the national attention. However, there is no sound legal policy on the tax issues involved in the C2C e-commerce. This article mainly explores the e-commerce tax issues involved in the C2C model.
