疏勒河项目是我省利用世行贷款兴建的大型农业综合开发项目,是我省“九五”计划和2010年远景规划纲要确定的重点农业工程。项目总投资26.73亿元,其中世行贷款1.5亿美元。项目工期10年,2006年全面建成。疏勒河项目的开发建设,对全面落实中央实施西部大开发战略和甘肃省委、省政府“再造河西”的发展战略,对推动河西地区经济社会发展,振兴丝绸古道的经济繁荣具有重要的意义。项目自1996年启动建设以来,累计完成投资10.31亿元,水利骨干工程基本建成,开始发挥效益。移民安置、农林牧开发和环境保护工程进展顺利。建设水利枢纽工程形成建管统一的现代化灌溉系统按项目总体规划,在疏勒河上游昌马峡兴建坝
The Shulehe project is a large-scale agricultural comprehensive development project constructed by the province with World Bank loans and is a key agricultural project determined by the “95” Plan of the province and the 2010 Vision Plan.
