论正了形位误差的两种基本分布——折叠正态分布和瑞利分布,并在此基础上提出了形位误差的统计分析方法和形位公差的统计公差确定方法。
On the basis of the two basic distributions of shape and position error - the normal distribution and the Rayleigh distribution, a statistical analysis method of the shape and position error and the method of determining the statistical tolerance of the shape and position tolerance are put forward.
