路风是铁路企业内部自我约束机制强弱在服务、经营作风上的表现,是铁路精神文明的重要标志。路风建设是社会主义精神文明的重要组成部分,是端正企业行为、提高服务质量、维护铁路声誉的有效措施。因此,路风就成为铁路服务质量的综合反映。一、路风主要体现在服务上我国铁路运输是社会主义企业,主要经营客货运输业务。这就决定了要牢固树立人民铁路为人民的服务宗旨,端正路风,以客货优质服务为重点,全面提高服务质量。事实上,铁路运输为旅客和货主服务的优劣,不单关系到整个社会效益和经济效益,而对铁路声誉也将造成相应的影响。因此,路风实质上主要体现在为旅客和货主的服务上。
Road wind is the manifestation of the strength and weakness of the internal self-restraint mechanism of railway enterprises in service and management style, and is an important symbol of the spiritual civilization of the railway. Road wind construction is an important part of socialist spiritual civilization. It is an effective measure to correct corporate behaviors, improve service quality and maintain railway reputation. Therefore, the wind on the road to become a comprehensive reflection of the quality of railway services. First, the wind is mainly reflected in the service of China’s railway transport is a socialist enterprise, mainly engaged in passenger and freight transport operations. This has determined that we should firmly establish the people’s railway service principle of People’s Railway, correct the road and focus on the quality of passenger and freight service, and comprehensively improve the quality of service. In fact, the pros and cons of rail transport for passengers and shippers will not only affect the overall social and economic benefits but also the railway reputation. Therefore, the wind is essentially reflected mainly in the services for passengers and shippers.
