对47例糖尿病病人进行血胰高糖素及胰岛素测定。结果表明,糖尿病病人的血胰高糖素水平明显高于正常对照组。在血胰岛素水平正常或偏高的糖尿病人,血胰高糖素亦升高。提示血胰高糖素对糖尿病发病及急性并发症的发生具有重要的意义。并对高胰高糖素血症的治疗进行了讨论。
47 cases of diabetic patients with blood glucagon and insulin determination. The results showed that diabetic patients with blood glucagon levels were significantly higher than the normal control group. Glucose is also elevated in diabetic patients with normal or high blood insulin levels. Suggest that blood glucagon has an important significance on the incidence of diabetes and acute complications. The treatment of hyperglycemia is discussed.
