在我国经济水平持续发展的背景下,有越来越多的人群开始关注中国国有企业资产证券化融资问题。随着资产证券化的不断发展,一种新型的融资工具应运而生,而其存在之根本则源于企业的资产证券化。下面笔者将深入分析我国国有企业资产证券化融资的必要性,阐释了我国国有企业资产证券化融资的可行性以及国有企业资产证券化融资的应用方案,希望能够为实现国有企业经济效益最大化起到一定参考作用。
