图书馆传统的服务模式已无法适应国力发展、满足用户不同需求,而构建图书馆精准服务平台可以实现读者数据的有效利用。文章利用文献调研和实证分析的方法,分别从理论和应用两个方面梳理国内外图书馆精准服务的研究和发展现状与关键技术,并从传统纸质资源和数字资源两方面入手,对图书馆发展精准服务提出建议,结合用户画像、兴趣图谱、定位导向等相关技术将资源服务的提供精准化。
The traditional service mode of the library has been unable to adapt to the development of national power to meet the different needs of users. However, the construction of an accurate service platform for libraries can make effective use of reader data. Based on the research of literature and empirical analysis, this paper combs the research and development status quo and key technologies of precision services both at home and abroad from both theoretical and practical aspects. Starting from both traditional paper resources and digital resources, Develop accurate services to make recommendations, combined with user portraits, interest maps, location-oriented and other related technologies to provide accurate resource services.
