为观察4种重组人类集落刺激因子(rh-CSF)即白细胞介素3(IL-3)、粒巨噬细胞CSF(GM-CSF)、粒细胞CSF(G-CSF)和巨噬细胞CSF(M-CSF)和两种联合时对急性髓细胞性白血病(AML)患者细胞体外增殖的影响,为临床应用提供理论依据,作者对21例AML患者的白血病细胞在体外增殖能力及4种造血生长因子刺激反应进行了研究。结果麦明,4种CSF能诱导或促进2/3患者的AML细胞的增殖,以IL-3刺激作用最强(53%),G-CSF
To observe the effects of four recombinant human colony stimulating factors (rh-CSF), namely interleukin 3 (IL-3), granulocyte macrophage CSF (GM-CSF), granulocyte CSF (G- CSF) and macrophage CSF M-CSF) and two kinds of combination on the proliferation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients in vitro, provide a theoretical basis for clinical application, the author of 21 cases of AML patients with leukemic cells proliferation in vitro and 4 kinds of hematopoietic growth Factor-stimulated responses were studied.
