提升城市农民工的休闲活动水平无论是从农民工个人还是从社会整体利益的角度来看,都具有重要的现实意义。然而,由于主客观种种因素的限制,现阶段农民工休闲活动的现状难尽人意,农民工的精神文化需求没有得到应有的满足。针对这一问题,应采取纠正错误观念、强化社会责任、建立基层工会、加强相关培训、鼓励成立自助组织和文艺社团及调动社会力量和社会资源等有效对策来加以改进。
It is of great practical significance to improve the level of leisure activities of urban migrant workers in terms of individual migrant workers and the interests of the whole society. However, due to the limitation of subjective and objective factors, the present situation of leisure activities for migrant workers is unsatisfactory and the spiritual and cultural needs of migrant workers are not met due. In response to this problem, we should take measures to correct the wrong ideas, strengthen social responsibility, establish grass-roots trade unions, strengthen relevant training, encourage the establishment of self-help organizations and literary societies, and mobilize social forces and social resources to improve them.
