主要运用文献资料研究法、比较研究法等对新旧《田径类课程教学指导纲要》进行了对比分析研究,研究表明:新《田径类课程教学指导纲要》在课程目标、课程结构、教学指导思想、教学基本内容、教学评价等诸方面与旧《田径课程教学指导纲要》相比,有着明显的变化,具有新的内涵、新的特征,依据新《田径类课程教学指导纲要》,对高校体育教育专业田径类课程进行整体改革研究,以培养出能适应未来社会需要的创新型、复合型体育教育人才。
