北京有色金属研究总院自动化研究所,多年从事二次电池生产检测分选设备研究,已取得多项研究成果.通过部级鉴定的项目有:(1)KN充电电池化成装置;(2)微机控制充电电池自动检测仪,(3)EMC电池及电极材料检测系统;(4)LBC—5120型二次电池分选系统等.鉴定通过项目LBC—5120型二次电池全功能检测分选系统达到当前国内外先进水平.该系统采用独特的二次电池充、放电特性曲线分选电池的方法,简化了组合电池电芯分选过程,是二次电池分选的一种新方法(已取得国家专利),节省了内阻和表面温升等再分选过程,提高了检测分选效率.控制方面,采用三级计算机分布式测控方式,模块化结构,提高了维护性和可靠性.电池夹具具有一定特色,适用于大部分圆柱体电池和部分异型电池,操作方便.分段充电和分段放电并计算容量的方法,提高了检测分选速度.
