目的探讨枸杞多糖对术后进行放射治疗(放疗)和化学药物疗法(化疗)的脑胶质瘤患者外周血中中单核细胞活力的影响。方法把术后的脑胶质瘤患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组:采用放疗和化疗进行治疗。实验组:进行放疗和化疗的同时口服枸杞多糖。采用中性红实验分别检测两组患者外周血中单核细胞的吞噬能力;用酶细胞化学染色法检测单核细胞酸性磷酸酶的活力;ELISA法检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者外周血中单核细胞的吞噬能力(0.260±0.020)增强;单核细胞酸性磷酸酶的活力(258.00±14.02)增加;血清中TNF-α的含量(0.497±0.024)增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸杞多糖能增强脑胶质瘤患者外周血中单核细胞的活力,从而增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on the activity of monocytes in peripheral blood of patients with glioma after radiotherapy (radiotherapy) and chemotherapy (chemotherapy). Methods The patients with glioma were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Experimental group: Radiotherapy and chemotherapy while oral LBP. Neutrophil test was used to detect the phagocytosis of monocytes in peripheral blood of patients in each group. The activity of monocyte acidic phosphatase was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of tumor necrosis factor- ) Expression level. Results Compared with the control group, monocytes phagocytosis (0.260 ± 0.020) in monocytes and monocytes increased (258.00 ± 14.02) and TNF-α in serum (0.497 ± 0.024), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharides can enhance the activity of monocytes in peripheral blood of patients with glioma, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor immune function.
