四川省委省政府明确把科技服务业作为全省重点发展的五大新兴先导型服务业之一,予以大力推进。省委省政府建立了由分管副省长任组长、相关部门共同参与的科技服务业发展推进机制,省政府印发了科技服务业发展推进方案,力争到2017年全省科技服务业产值达到3500亿元、2020年超过5000亿元。全省科技服务业呈现出新的发展趋势。(1)创业孵化服务、科技金融服务等新兴业态发
