根据《教育部办公厅关于开展“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目中期评估工作的意见》(教高厅[2001]5号),参加试点的各广播电视大学认真贯彻“以评促改,以评促建,评建结合,重在建设”的指导方针,积极开展试点工作和自评工作,有力地推动了电大的改革和建设。截止到2002年7月,我部专家组已对中央广播电视大学和22所省级广播电视大学(以下简称已评电大)进行了评估的实地考察,根据专家组的评估报告,我部审定中央广播电视大学和21所省级电大的试点项目中期评估结论为合格,1所省级电大暂缓通过(见附件一)。
