江西省住房城乡建设厅近日就加强养老服务设施规划建设工作印发通知,要求新建居住(小)区要配建养老服务设施,并与住宅同步验收、同步交付使用。按照要求,各地在编制城市、镇总体规划与控制性详细规划时,必须按照人均用地不少于0.1平方米的标准,分区分级规划设置养老服务设施,并与医疗卫生规划等相关配套设施规划进行协调和衔接。老城区和已建成的居住(小)区,无养老服务设施或现有设施没有达到规划和建设指标
