目前上海市人口增长过快,城市生活垃圾无害化处置能力严重不足,如不能妥善规划,将会制约上海的经济发展,并造成严重的环境问题。根据上海的地理环境条件和社会经济特点,提供了2种技术方案成熟的生活垃圾处置规划模式,进行了技术经济指标的比较研究。着重从环境空气质量、水环境安全、声环境质量、可持续发展等方面对这2种规划模式的环境影响进行了对比分析。结果表明,从环境影响的角度,就近模式对空气质量和声环境质量的影响比集中模式大,集中模式对水环境安全所造成的风险比就近模式大,而就近模式在环境可持续发展方面可能更具优势。
At present, the population growth in Shanghai is too fast and the city garbage disposal capacity is seriously inadequate. Failure to properly plan will restrict the economic development of Shanghai and cause serious environmental problems. According to Shanghai’s geographical environmental conditions and socio-economic characteristics, two kinds of technical programs are provided for the mature domestic waste disposal planning mode, and the technical and economic indexes are compared. Emphasis is made on the comparative analysis of the environmental impacts of these two planning modes from aspects of ambient air quality, water environment safety, sound environment quality and sustainable development. The results show that, from the perspective of environmental impact, the effect of nearby modes on air quality and acoustic environment quality is greater than that of centralized modes. Concentration mode poses greater risk to water environment safety than near mode, while near mode may have potential impact on environmental sustainability More advantage.
