目的:建立HPLC法测定平糖胶囊B中栀子苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定栀子苷的含量,色谱柱为Dia-monsilTMRP C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(11∶89),检测波长238 nm;流速1.0mL.min-1;柱温为室温。结果:栀子苷在8.8～176.5μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为97.0%,RSD=1.8%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于平糖胶囊B的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in B capsule. Methods: The content of geniposide was determined by HPLC. The column was Dia-monsil TMRP C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (11:89) and the detection wavelength was at 238 nm. mL.min-1; the column temperature is room temperature. Results: Geniposide had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 8.8-176.5 μg (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 97.0% and the RSD was 1.8% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Pingtang capsule B.
