目的 :讨论骨复生治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的机理。方法 :3 0只日本大白兔 ,随机分为三组 :骨复生组 ( A) ,模型对照组 ( B) ,空白对照组 ( C)。采用给 A组和 B组大剂量肌注醋酸氢化考的松 8W,造成激素性缺血性股骨头坏死的病理模型 ,自第 9周起 ,A组用骨复生口服液按 45 g·kg- 1 · d- 1 灌胃 ,B组与 C组用等量生理盐水灌胃 ,于造模第 8周和第 1 0周测各组家兔血脂的含量。结果 :骨复生具有降低血清胆固醇 ,甘油三脂 ,低密度脂蛋白 ,升高高密度脂蛋白的作用。结论 :骨复生对血脂代谢的影响可能是其治疗股骨头缺血坏死的机理之一。
Objective : To discuss the mechanism of bone regeneration in the treatment of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head. METHODS: Thirty Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: bone regeneration group (A), model control group (B), and blank control group (C). A high-dose intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone acetate 8W in group A and group B was used to cause a pathological model of steroid-induced ischemic femoral head necrosis. Since the 9th week, the use of Gufusheng oral solution in group A was 45 g·kg- 1 · d-1 was intragastrically administered. Groups B and C were intragastrically administrated with the same volume of normal saline. The blood lipid levels of rabbits in each group were measured at the 8th and 10th week of model establishment. Results: Bone resuscitation has the effects of lowering serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein and increasing high-density lipoprotein. Conclusion: The effect of bone resuscitation on blood lipid metabolism may be one of the mechanisms for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
