通过金相、显微硬度、扫描电镜和能谱仪进行观察,对火电厂中过热器管的失效进行分析。研究表明:过热器管的过早失效是由于蠕变孔洞的形成和微裂纹的扩展而造成的。短期超温失效属于穿晶断裂;而长期超温失效属于沿晶和穿晶混合断裂。
The metallurgical, microhardness, SEM and EDS were used to analyze the failure of superheater tubes in thermal power plant. The results show that the premature failure of the superheater tube is caused by the formation of creep holes and the expansion of microcracks. Short-term over-temperature failure belongs to transgranular fracture; and long-term over-temperature failure belongs to intergranular and transcrystalline mixed fracture.
