几年来,杜蒙自治县国税局始终坚持“精神文明建设和物质文明建设两手抓,两手都要硬”的战略方针,采取有力措施,开展丰富多彩的创建活动,使我局的“两个文明”建设获得了长足发展。特别是1996年我局新一届领导班子组建以来,使“两个文明”协调发展、互相促进、共同提高,税收收入连续5年超额完成,年平均增长13.4%,累计超收1100多万元。我们的主要做法是:一、坚持抓好文明单位创建大事活动,推动创建活动扎实有效开展。自1997年以来,我局每年都坚持抓好精神文明建设几件大事活动。开展这些活动都做到了有计划、有组织、有措施、有步骤、有检查、有总结的进行。有些大事还连续抓、系统地抓,不断推动了我局文明单位创建活动的深入开展。
