目的 :利用再造根管做核桩修复 ,以增强其固位能力。提高修复体的成功率。方法 :针对有保留价值的 31例喇叭口状残根患者 ,用光固化树脂进行充填 ,再造根管后 ,做铸造核桩 ,用金属烤瓷冠修复。结果 :31例修复体中 ,除有 2例因使用不当造成牙根劈裂 ,修复体松脱外 ,其余效果良好。结论 :对喇叭口状残根进行充填再造后 ,修复体可获得良好的固位力。不易出现牙根劈裂及固位体松脱现象。
Objective: The use of recycled root canal to do nuclear pile repair to enhance its retention ability. Improve the success rate of restoration. Methods: 31 patients with preserved trumpet-like residual roots were filled with light-cured resin, and then the root canal was reconstructed to make a cast-in-pile and repaired with a porcelain fused ceramic crown. Results: In 31 cases of prosthesis, except for 2 cases, the root cleavage was caused by improper use, and the prosthesis was loosened, the rest were good. Conclusion: The prosthesis can obtain a good retention force after filling the trumpet flare roots. Not prone to root splitting and retainer loose phenomenon.
