目的分析河南省艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)疫情现状及流行形势。方法根据河南省18个省辖市及各县区HIV/AIDS监测网络逐年连续上报资料,疾病预防控制系统的专题调查及既往有偿供血者普查等资料,建立数据库并进行综合分析。结果1988~2005年底共监测各类高危人群4 317 744人次,报告确认HIV抗体阳性者31 578例,确诊AIDS现症病人19 488例,HIV/AIDS已死亡4 891例。结论河南省艾滋病呈低流行状态,局部地区呈聚集性升高,经采供血传播HIV已被阻断。
Objective To analyze the current situation and epidemic situation of HIV / AIDS in Henan Province. Methods Based on continuous reporting of HIV / AIDS surveillance network in 18 provincial cities and districts and counties in Henan Province, the special investigation of disease prevention and control system and the survey of past blood donors, the database was established and analyzed comprehensively. Results A total of 4 317 744 persons at high risk were monitored at the end of 1988-2005. 31 578 HIV-positive patients were confirmed, 19 488 were diagnosed as AIDS, and 4 891 were HIV / AIDS dead. Conclusion The AIDS epidemic in Henan Province is in a low-prevalence state, with a clustering increase in some areas. Transmission of HIV by blood supply and blood supply has been blocked.
