目的探究β受体阻滞剂在高血压临床治疗中的应用。方法随机选取本院2014年7月至2016年7月间心血管内科收治入院的高血压患者180例,所有患者均予以β受体阻滞剂,观察其临床疗效。结果本组患者临床总有效率为86.11%,经过治疗后本组患者血压显著下降,且心率也明显改善,不良反应发生率为4.44%(8例)。结论β受体阻滞剂用于高血压患者治疗具有较高的临床应用价值,不仅可有效降血压,同时具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the application of β-blocker in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 180 cases of hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were randomly selected. All patients were given β-blockers to observe their clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate in this group was 86.11%. After treatment, the blood pressure decreased significantly and the heart rate also significantly improved. The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44% (8 cases). Conclusion β blockers for the treatment of hypertensive patients with high clinical value, not only effective in lowering blood pressure, but also has high safety.
