本文主要阐述了某新型动车组铝合金车体的制造工艺,在对动车组铝合金车体的产品结构和工艺难点分析后,制定出了制造工艺流程和保证措施,顺利完成了某新型动车组首列铝合金车体的生产制造。
This paper mainly elaborates the manufacturing process of a new type aluminum alloy body of EMU. After analyzing the product structure and technological difficulties of aluminum alloy body of EMU, the manufacturing process and assurance measures have been worked out and a new EMU has been successfully completed The first aluminum alloy body manufacturing.
