江垭大坝位于湖南省慈利县澧水支流水的中游，是一座碾压混凝土重力坝．该工程是世行贷款的国际招标项目，辽宁省水利水电工程局为承包商，大坝施工合同于1995年5月8日签订，并于当日开工．在承包商的合同履行中，有合同的实际履行、全面履行和协作履行；合同的管理中有索赔问题和工程分包等问题．随着基本建设招投标制的深入实施，施工单位（承包商）的合同管理水平有待于进一步提高．
Jiangya dam is located in Cili County, Hunan Province Lishui tributary of the middle reaches of the water, is a RCC gravity dam. The project is an international bidding project financed by the World Bank. Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering is the contractor. The dam construction contract was signed on May 8, 1995 and commenced on the same day. In the performance of the contractor’s contract, there are the actual performance of the contract, the full implementation and coordination of performance; contract management there are claims and sub-projects and other issues. With the in-depth implementation of the bidding system for capital construction, the contract management level of construction units (contractors) needs to be further improved.
