随着近代工业和科学技术的发展,人们往往要在难熔、硬质以及各种合金材料上打出又小又深的微孔。我们用自己研制的固体激光打孔机,对钢材、铜材、不锈钢、陶瓷、玻璃、磁性材料等金属和非金属进行了打孔试验,着重对铜合金的激光打孔进行了多方面的试验研究。被加工的材料是厚0.45mm 的锌白铜(牌号 BZ_m15—20M),加工孔径φ0.4mm 左右。目前达到的指标如下:(A)尺寸精度偏差≯±2丝;(B)椭园度≯1.5丝;(C)锥度3~6丝,光洁度▽5.
With the development of modern industry and science and technology, people often make small and deep micropores on refractory, hard and various alloy materials. We use their own developed solid laser drilling machine, on the steel, copper, stainless steel, ceramic, glass, magnetic materials, such as metal and non-metallic drilling test, focusing on the copper alloy laser drilling a wide range of experiments the study. The material is processed zinc 0.45mm thick zinc copper (grade BZ_m15-20M), processing aperture φ0.4mm or so.
