本文从微粘结级配碎石的特点及应用部位入手,利用有效因子确定了微粘结级配碎石水泥的最佳掺量为2%,并对比分析了不同水泥剂量和不同养生龄期下级配碎石的各项力学性能指标,最后对应用微粘结级配碎石的实体工程进行评价。研究结果表明,掺加2%微量水泥后,不但能提高级配碎石的抗压强度、回弹模量、施工和易性、减小塑性变形,而且能减少路面的反射裂缝,同时还使基层具有良好的排水性能。对延缓路面早期损坏和延长路面使用寿命具有一定的应用价值。
In this paper, we start with the characteristics and application parts of micro-cement graded gravel, and determine the optimum dosage of micro-cement grading gravel cement by 2% using the effective factor.
