学校管理内容主要是对人的管理。因此,通过实施目标管理,充分发挥目标管理的导向功能、激励功能、整合功能,是学校管理应追求的目标。一、目标管理的制订“以人为本、德育为先、能力为重、全面发展”是我国教育改革和发展的战略主题,是学校的育人目标和标准,是指导学校目标管理的基本方针,山西省右玉县第二中学(以下简称“右玉二中”)将此作为学校发展的目标。在制定具体的管理目标时,学校主要从以下两方面着手。
